This hall focuses on the entire coffee supply chain, featuring green coffee producers and roasters, as well as manufacturers of brewing equipment, grinders, espresso machines, and accessories. It also highlights distributors of coffee-based products and innovative coffee-related technologies. Specialty coffee brands and artisanal roasters showcase premium blends, alongside sustainable coffee packaging solutions and eco-friendly initiatives.

The hall presents a comprehensive range of coffee-related products, including single-origin and specialty green beans from global regions, roasted coffees (espresso blends, decaf, flavored), and coffee equipment such as grinders, espresso machines, roasting tools, and brewing accessories like French presses and Chemex kits.

Exhibited categories include coffee producers and exporters, coffee brands and café chains, coffee machines for home, office, and cafés, coffee equipment and accessories, coffee farm equipment, roasters and curers, flavors and essences, coffee tourism, coffee start-ups, allied products and industry, coffee-related processed foods, IT solutions for the coffee sector (from farm to cup), and research & agro technology.

Hall B: Tea Industry

Dedicated to tea and innovative beverages, this hall showcases a wide range of offerings, including loose-leaf teas, artisan blends, and Moroccan mint tea, as well as ready-to-drink beverages like iced teas, kombucha, and plant-based milk alternatives. It also features tea equipment such as teapots, samovars, kettles, and various accessories.

Exhibitors include tea growers, importers, wholesalers, and specialty tea brands, including artisanal producers. Suppliers of tea preparation equipment and accessories, herbal tea producers, and creators of innovative blends from across the globe will also be present. The hall will host educational sessions on tea culture and brewing techniques.

Hall C: Chocolate, Ice cream, pastry, beverages and Accompaniments

This hall is a paradise for dessert lovers, featuring bean-to-bar chocolate, artisanal confections, pastries, and ice cream, along with essential ingredients like cocoa nibs, flour, and baking supplies. Exhibitors showcase  a wide range of beverages and accompaniments, such as soft drinks, juices, cold beverages, water, water filter solutions, coffee accompaniments, syrups, smoothies, sorbets, energy drinks, and alternative milk-based products.

Hall D: Hospitality Solutions , Tableware, Décor and Services

Hall D brings together hospitality innovations, tableware, interior décor, and business solutions to enhance cafés, restaurants, and catering services. Exhibitors will showcase franchise opportunities, consulting services, training programs, and cutting-edge technology solutions and digital marketing tools. The hall features hospitality and food service solutions, including catering supplies, buffet equipment, and mass catering furniture. Franchise and start-up opportunities for cafés, bakeries, and hospitality brands will also be highlighted. The interior and branding section will present tableware, furniture, lighting, and ambiance solutions, along with logistics innovations, eco-friendly packaging, waste management, and green technologies.

Hall E is an experiential space dedicated to coffee, tea tasting and competitions. It offers coffee cupping, tea tasting, and pairing experiences, alongside national and international barista and tea brewing competitions. Visitors can participate in hands-on workshops focusing on latte art, brewing techniques, and more. The hall will host competitions such as brewing methods, latte art, Moka pot, and Moroccan tea preparation. Interactive tasting areas for different coffee and tea varieties will allow guests to explore a wide range of flavors. The main categories of this hall include coffee and tea tasting, competitions, and championships, with subcategories covering barista championships, brewing competitions, and interactive tasting zones for coffee and tea.

Hall E: Competitions and tasting

Focused on learning and innovation, this hall hosts conferences, seminars and workshops, and discussions on sustainable practices, new technologies, and trends shaping the coffee and tea industries. It’s a space for professionals and enthusiasts to exchange knowledge and ideas.
